atp Receives the BAQ Label for Quality in School-Work Alternation Paths
This year too, atp had the honor of receiving the BAQ label, a prestigious recognition that rewards companies that have distinguished themselves for the quality of their school-work alternation paths.
This award is given to companies that collaborate virtuously with secondary schools and vocational training centers, promoting concrete, high-level learning opportunities for young people.
Collaboration with Local Schools:
atp collaborates mainly with local schools, including Perlasca in Idro, ITIS in Vobarno, SCAR in Roè Volciano and the Fermi Institute in Salò.
Each school, based on its educational path, sends students on internships for periods between two weeks and three months.
Training Experience and Tutoring:
During the internship, each student is supported by a tutor, who acts as a contact person and has the task of illustrating the company regulations and organizing support in the various departments.
The aim of atp is to provide students with a complete vision of the company's functioning, allowing them to explore all departments before choosing, based on their field of study and interests, which sector to delve into.
atp Commitment:
For atp, this meeting is fundamental, and this is why every year we try to host 4-5 guys. Supporting the education of young people is crucial for the future of our country, and the BAQ label represents an important signal of the organizations that invest in this objective.
